Location but it's too crowded area. Breakfast was just o.k. not as good as it shown on rating.

Room is little too small.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and found the hotel charming and comfortable in a fabulous location close to all amenities. The variety of restaurants and coffee shop was spoilt for choice. The quality of food and service was spectacular. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and will definitely recommend Novotel Ambassador Gangnam to all.

I loved the hospitality of the staff so much. My name is Joshua Chester Malapit and I was staying from Sept 30 to Oct 8. Chloe at the concierge was very helpful, along with 2 other colleagues in which I would appreciate if Chloe is able to give their names to recognize them for their excellent service. There was a time where I forgot to pick up my Interpark ticket in the lobby, however the staff did an amazing job ensuring that I receive my tickets and informed me that I can pick it up at the venue. I also appreciate the information provided in regards to the Airport Limo Bus as it was very helpful and was a great farewell before I left the property. I myself also work at a luxury hotel, and having this experience at another property as a guest I truly felt the care being very genuine. Would definitely come and stay again.

It is beautiful location and all staffs are kind. I was so comfortable there so I will stay again in short future.

Sky lounge was well setup but I wish staff members should be more sensible when they setting or packing time because too noisy.

Location was great

The girl serving at check in charged 1mil more won than my original booking.com guaranteed price and when I asked about it she did not seem to understand that there was a charge difference even though I showed her the booking.com price. Secondly, we were asked to go through booking.com to amend our stay duration only to find that booking.com checks with the venue anyway to confirm amendments.

The check-in is very pleasant, the staff speaks good English, and she is really nice.

The breakfast restaurant staff are with cold faces, no warm feeling.

Room was excellent- apart from (small detail) hairdryer temperamental. Staff great. Food great- but food and drink is very expensive. Better Korean food at a fraction of price a couple blocks away. But hotel is probably more geared towards business use than family

Clean room. Convenient, at the heart of Gangnam. Staff at the desk and hotel service were friendly and professional.

Swimming pool was really old. I get that they have iron/laundry services but I’d appreciate an iron provided in the closet for last-minute ironing.

Arrived 3 hours earlier, i couldn’t get the room until 3pm despite the fact i was kindly asking to prioritise it, due to long flight and appointment to the doctor at 4pm.

Hotel staff wasn’t friendly and they ebebhasiataed to send extra water , assistance from co coerce wasn’t good and they were rude .Even didn’t allow one hour early check in even when they had enough empty room

We like Novotel very much. The location is very perfect and convenience to get subway station. The breakfast is very good and variety. We will stay here next time.

When you book through bookings.com, you do not enjoy the same perks as others sich as welcome drinks amd access to the sauna. We were asked to pay $30 per use which is very overpriced.

the door lock of room , it usually takes me more than one min to open , I once struggled 5 mins to open the door; I once failed to open after struggling 5-7 mins …maybe the key or the lock too old, not sensitive..?! I stayed at floor 08th ( my colleagues floor 4th&5th also struggled the same lock issue ), maybe executive floors not have this problem?!Novotel should replace the new lock.

The location of this hotel is great, the airport bus drops you off at the door so that is a bonus.

Lots to not like, first night at 5.30am the lights in room went crazy, phone didn't work so couldn't call down to the front desk, required maintenance to fix. No compensation offered or any reason. Phone continued to not work and had to go to front desk multiple times to have this fixed. Cost $10 for toothbrush and tablets so could brush teeth, super expensive. Also a coffee in the hotel lobby was $16.

Pool. About 15m long so could do laps. A little too warm. Gym had lots of equipment but no rowing machine.It costs extra to go into the sauna/baths.Good value. About 300m walk to nearest station and restaurants. Huge double bed which was not too hard nor soft.Quiet neighbourhood. 4 stops on metro to coex 2 to bus terminal. Airport bus stops at the front of the hotel.( they come roughly every hour and took about 50min from incheon terminal 1 to the hotel. )

Some hotels in seoul have shops and transport at the door.

It’s showing its age, particularly the bathrooms. Also, a small detail, but the check in staff hide behind big computer screen so you don’t see them. The screen should be lower and the staff should focus on the guests
